Recently, our team stepped away from the day-to-day routine and spent two meaningful days together in Metzoke Dragot, deep in the Dead Sea desert, the lowest place on Earth. The location was striking, but the real value of these days came from what they allowed us to do: pause, reflect, and focus intentionally on the people who drive our success.
